Subject: Customer Feedback Dear Roy, I am writing to thank you very much for your support in getting my CCTV systems to work. Your online ordering system worked extremely well and the camera, modulator and wireless kit arrived promptly and safely - along with all the necessary cables and connectors. It was very easy to install and I was able to view the CCTV from every TV set in the house. However, I found that I needed a wider angle lens than the standard one supplied. Your after sales support in helping me to understand my options and then change the Camera and lens for one which was suitable was excellent. I am now able to see the whole of my swimming pool and thus allow the kids to swim whilst I supervise them from the comfort of my armchair! Thank you very much for your help. Thanks for the service I have received from your company. I received the camera the next day, I wasn't able to put it up till the following Sunday, but it was very easy to install, and was tuned in to my on TV and video with an excellent picture easily. At night the only form of lighting is sodium street light approx 20 to 25 metres away, yet I get very clear picture with no additional lighting to aid the camera. The microphone built into the camera can pick up people walking or their voices before the camera picks them up. The PIR activates the chime when anyone is near my car and gives me plenty of warning. I find the system suits my needs very well. For your information I do have one or two comments regarding the video unit itself. The build quality is very good and the controls/menu easy to use. I will probably only use a small percentage of what it is actually capable of doing. Initially I was a little concerned about the overall recorded picture quality as it was not nearly as good as I had expected. However, when I started to experiment, I found that recording in 24 hour mode is fine as long as you play back in 3 hour mode. Using the 3 hour playback the picture quality appears as sharp as the original. Finally, one small problem, no doubt due to the fundamental way that long play videos work. When playing back in 12/24 hour mode the picture shudders for about 2 seconds before it settles as the splitter toggles between each camera. No amount of vertical adjustment seemed to cure it. This does make viewing at this speed particularly awkward as the cameras are set to change every 8 seconds or so. This does not appear to happen at all when playing back in 3 hour mode. I am very pleased to say I received the Bullet cam the7 very next day after you dispatched it, fantastic! I have used the complete setup now twice I had to carry out some modifications to my sony Cameras remote control. The pictures I am getting back are very clear and professional looking. Sunday I video my trip to the World Super Bikes at Brands Hatch and Every one was amazed at the clarity of the video and the way the camera compensated for the changes in light levels. I placed the Camera inside my Helmet and I have a iridium visor but the camera compensated excellently with the change in light levels and at times you would not notice that the camera was behind a tinted visor. The only little problem I do have is that the bikes do seem distant with the current lens I have on I do have to ride about two bike lengths behind the bike in front to get good detail. I would be greatful if you could advise me on a different lens, something to bring objects closer to the camera? I received the cam wednesday. The colours are very bright, the sensor is higher quality than a VHS-C camescope I borrowed !. The foot is not very practical but it is not a problem and I will find an another way to set it. Only one regret : I choosed too shorter focale lenses which give a fish-eye look. Fortunately it is a standard mount easy to find. those remarks are based on my experience and it was logical that a 1/3 " sensor was working better than a 1/4". I had seen many 1/3" cams before, but I confirm that this one is the smallest and the cheapest I have ever seen with a very efficient DSP. My regret goes to the lens mount and I would have prefered a C or CS mount : for the same reason as for the sensor I do believe that larger lenses are working better . But with that kind of mount I only found big squared-box cameras at a price twice that is why, initially I was interested in your square model. Now I am looking for a small electret microphone which is sensitiv enough to allow voice recording without holding it close to the mouth. Salutations.

The audio pickup is very good considering the size of the camera. The only trouble is I can see myself getting hooked with these little gadgets, and setting them up all over my house! Scott. I'm happy with the 21C I bought from you earlier this year, but I would prefer even higher resolution, and the camera has one problem. When the sun is low in the horizon, the camera looses control of the colors completely. It looks like film set on fire or something. Except for this, it has very good image quality. I hadn't realised just how good an image would be produced by either, but in particular by the bullet camera. The transmitter/receiver also works well. Hi roy, In case you are interested, this is what I use the 21CW for. I was eager to catch my mountainbike trips on video, and after discovering the fabulous site of www.petefagerlin.com I started looking for the lipstick-type camera to be mounted on my helmet. When I saw the helmetcam-footage taken with a 21CW from the motorcycle of Jørund Seim (I knew that this camera would satisfy my needs. Although there are a few points to take into consideration (camera has problems with direct sunlight, and the exposure is somewhat unpredictable when sudden changes in direction are made) I'm very content with this camera for this type of use. I don't have the impression that there are a lot of mountainbikers in Europe are shooting video like this, yet, but maybe they can become a new marketing target for your company in the future. Hiya mate, Just a quick email to say thanks for yet another cool helmet cam! Been back from the Motorcycle Grand Prix at Jerez in Southern Spain for a bit now and just started sifting through the hours and hours of video footage I took, both camera and helmet cam stuff. The helmet cams (both of em ) worked an absolute treat, superb clarity, great iris control/ exposure too!! I think for the purposes of mounting a camera low down on the bikes panels/bodywork the camera with the 8mm lens fitted was a wee bit too sensitive, causing a bit of camera vibration/shake.. especially at around 150mph and above!! helmet mounting this one was perfect though!
All in all, both units provided me with real professional looking results that easily equal any of the mass produced bike videos you can buy on the market today! Totally cool!! Thanks again Roy.. I have it mounted in the front spoiler, which gives an excellent impression of speed and a clear view of the track.
