VDA140CSHR-VFAIR is a stylish new vandal dome camera featured with several unique technical breakthroughs. Mechanically, the base is mounted on the surface of the ceiling or wall separately from the Flush type dome camera so that the base is installed in advance of the camera set and then to install the camera set later at the right time of the system integration. The camera set without the base can be used as Flush mount application so that installers do not need to stock a typical Flush mount camera. The camera ball is fixed with a permanent magnetic with no screws required. When the camera needs to be changed after installation to a different type of application such as different specs (like 400TVL Super HAD, 400TVL Ex-view HAD, 500TVL Super HAD, 500TVL Ex-view HAD etc), users can simply change the camera ball without changing the whole camera set. The ball is stick to the camera body strong enough with a permanent magnetic while it is adjustable to any direction with hand. This makes the installation and camera setting very easy and quick with less hard work at 20 feet high on the ladder. The ball is in black colored so that the lens is not visible. Yet the Varifocal lens is open out to the ball so that the installer can adjust the zoom/focus without opening the ball case. Extra video output terminal is provided on the front side of the ball so that the camera settings are checked thru the portable monitor on the site. This mode delivers an extremely clear view at both day and night with the use of IR Corrective 3.3-12mm Varifocal lens and Super power 8pi IR LEDs x10 pcs. With the built-in high power night vision technology, it is very much suitable for viewing areas where no lights are exist at night such as factory, warehouse, private house, office etc.
