What is Hikvision AcuSense?

Hikvision AcuSense technology can distinguish people and vehicles from other moving targets, reducing false alarms. In addition, AcuSense technology takes alarm accuracy and search efficiency to another level!

Traditional security systems are not able to differentiate between natural movements, such as raindrops, leaves or animals etc, triggering endless false alarms. As such, security staff can find themselves spending unnecessary time manually reviewing video footage to locate an event, when they could be focusing their attention elsewhere and monitoring real threats.

With Hikvision AcuSense technology, false alarms are reduced by up to 90%, classifying objects into 3 categories, human, vehicle and other. In addition to the false alarm AcuSense technology, the EasyIP 4.0 NVR's feature Quick Target Search which allows users to quickly identify people and vehicles, saving time from manually searching through hours of footage.

The latest Hikvision AcuSense IP network cameras are equipped with a built-in strobe light and audio alarm. These are designed to trigger when a protential intruder or threat has been accurately detected, with the intention to alert and warn off the intruder before they attempt to breach the perimeter.

Hikvision "Powered by DarkFighter" also features within the Hikvision AcuSense range, presenting ultra low light illumination technology with superior surveillance images, evening at night. Combining the DarkFighter low light technology with the ultra high definition images, provides significant video evidence in the event of a security breach.
