We believe that you will be delighted with your product, but there may be occasions were you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
Returning Your Items
Simply return the item to us in its original condition, including all original packaging, with a copy of your sales invoice or invoice number, within 14 days of receiving the item.
You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us.
For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.
Please do not return items in only their original packaging. These will not be resalable and will incur a handling charge. Please ship in a bag or box to avoid additional handling charges.
Contact us by phone or email prior to making a return to receive a returns number. This makes the process a lot easier and faster to process your refund.
If you return an item to us which is faulty, or for any other reason which is our fault, we will pay you the cost of the return postage.
If this happens, please contact us first via phone or email and we will let you know how you should send the item to us or if there is a fault which may be easily resolved without returning the goods, for example, a faulty PSU.
Changed Your Mind / Ordered Wrong Item
If for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase or you have ordered the wrong item, you will be entitled to a refund or exchange.
This is only on the condition that the goods are returned to us unopened, unused and will all the original packaging (including any discs, screws etc which may be included within the box).
Please be aware, customers returning goods, through no fault of RF Concepts, will not have original post cost refunded and may be subject to a handling charge and a full refund will not be received.
Returning Hikvision Branded Products
With brands such as Hikvision, these items are locked to your personal Hikvision account. We will therefore not be able to resell these items again.
If there is a problem with a Hikvision product, please contact our sales or technical team to discuss and hopefully resolve this issue.
